The way I understand it, “predictive programming” is what Alice Bailey and others termed “revelation of the method”. It is a form of “lesser magic” whereby it increases the power of both the planned event AND the planners to reveal the event to those who will be affected and thus obtaining their tacit (implied) consent.

 

See, if they show us beforehand what is going to happen, and then, it having been thus revealed we still allow it to happen when it does, then through acquiescence we have given consent. Our court, contract, and commerce systems work under the same lesser magic and the maxim “silence is acquiescence”- if you don’t speak up at the time, you give up the right to speak up later.
