Hollywood’s Crumbling!!!
Hollywood’s Crumbling!!!
Former child actor Corey Feldman has named two figures he claims were members of a Hollywood “pedophile ring” that molested him when he was a child star.
He claims actor Jon Grissom and child talent manager Marty Weiss abused him in the 1980s, Page Six reports.
Feldman, famous for roles in films The Goonies and Stand By Me, made the claims as he appeared on Dr. Oz before he is said to have reported the alleged abuse to police.
Speaking about Grissom the 46-year-old said: “This guy on his My Space page and his Facebook page has got pictures of me and Corey Haim.
“He still taunts it and flaunts it.”
Grissom has denied the claims in previous comments saying “it’s not me“.
Dr. Oz claimed his legal team had discovered that Grissom had a conviction for child molestation.
Feldman named Weiss, who has been convicted of child sex abuse, in a separate interview with Megyn Kelly – the manager has yet to comment on these latest allegations.
Corey Feldman’s allegations are the latest in a series of allegations by other stars who have supposedly raped or encouraged sex with their co-stars and underage kids. It seems the Weinstein allegations are only the tip of the iceberg.
Although the famed “casting couch” has been around since the beginning of motion pictures in the early 1900’s the latest allegations seem to be taking it to a new high.
An intern to actor Dustin Hoffman said she was abused when she was working on the set of Death of a Salesman some 32 years ago. She related how Hoffman and his entourage said derogatory things to her in a joking manner where she went to her dressing room and cried. She said they also had interns rub and massage their feet and ask if they had sex that weekend. The only thing wrong with their story is that she said she and other interns took I t because they loved being around these stars and having their pictures taken with them so isn’t that them being complicit? Hoffman has said he doesn’t remember that happening but has apologized if he hurt her feelings and said he has the utmost respect for women. Of course, he is going to say that to cover himself and the fact that it happened 30 years ago as with many of these charges now shows that they can’t be proven since the statute of limitations is past.
The latest one now is with actor Kevin Spacey. Earlier this week, the actor Anthony Rapp alleged that Kevin Spacey made a sexual advance toward him in 1986, when he was 14 years old. After Rapp’s allegation, Spacey released a statement in which he claimed not to remember the incident in question and also came out as a gay man. Since then, others have come forward with further allegations against Spacey, including the filmmaker Tony Montana, who said that Spacey groped him in public in 2003, and the actor Roberto Cavazos, who said he witnessed Spacey court and inappropriately touch younger male actors at the Old Vic Theatre, where Spacey was the artistic director from 2004 to 2015.
After Rapp’s public statement, a man who was friendly with a member of the New York staff approached the magazine to talk about Spacey. At the age of 14, he says, he began a sexual relationship with the actor, who was then 24, that ended with what he describes as an attempted rape. The man is now a 48-year-old artist living on the East Coast with a long-term partner, and he wishes to remain anonymous.
He admits to entering into a sexual relationship with Spacey before being raped. I’m not sticking up for Spacey, but this shows the guy voluntarily entered into a relationship with Spacey so he is complicit for what happened too.
Spacey has since used this platform to come out and say he is a gay man which enraged the gay community for picking this time to come out saying it was bad timing.
Earlier this week, Netflix indefinitely suspended production of the sixth and final season of House of Cards. Now, CNN has a report in which eight people corroborate accusations of sexual misconduct by Kevin Spacey on the set of the show. None of the people, who have worked on Cards in the past or at present, provided their names for fear of retaliation, but one former production assistant says Spacey assaulted him during an early season of the show.
BRITISH cops are investigating claims a 23-year-old actor woke up to Kevin Spacey performing a sex act on him at the star’s London home.
It is the first known UK police probe into the actor, 56, who allegedly abused the Brit after inviting him in for a drink
The man claims that he woke to find Spacey performing a sexual act on him and then fled the address after being warned by the American Beauty actor not to tell anyone about it.
The sexual assault, allegedly carried out in 2008, could see Spacey quizzed by Met officers.
It is understood that the complainant had asked the House of Cards star, who was artistic director of the Old Vic Theatre between 2004 and 2015, to help with his career.
According to a source, the complainant said they smoked weed and he passed out unconscious.
So let’s get this straight, the guy goes up to Spacey’s apartment, smokes weed with him and he passed out unconscious only to wake and find Spacey on top of him. So who really is to blame here? He went up to Spacey’s apartment voluntarily, smoked pot voluntarily so they get high voluntarily then passed out.
Following multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, Kevin Spacey is reportedly in the process of seeking professional help. A spokesperson for the House of Cards star told Variety, “Kevin Spacey is taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment. No other information is available at this time.
CBS News reports tonight that Paz de la Huerta, then a film actress who would go on to star on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, said in a phone interview that the former Weinstein Company co-chair raped her twice in late 2010.
As a specific part of that investigation, De la Huerta claimed that Weinstein offered to give her a ride back to her apartment after a party in October 2010 because they lived in the same neighborhood. At that point Weinstein insisted they have drinks, she said, and they wound up in her apartment. The actor alleges that he then removed her dress and forced himself on her.
“He pushed me on the bed,” De la Huerta said, “and it happened all very suddenly.”
De la Huerta told the news outlet that Weinstein began calling her after the incident and that she confronted him a month later at a Los Angeles hotel. Just before Christmas that year, she alleges, he showed up in the lobby of her apartment building. The actress claims they went up to her place and that he raped her a second time.
She told CBS that she had been drinking that night and was in no state to agree to having sex.
Why did she invite him up to her apartment after he raped her the first time?
Weinstein claims all these allegations were voluntary on the woman’s part .I’m not sticking up for this sexist pig which he is, but there could be some merit to what he is saying. True he is a manipulator and offered them drinks, but many of these women as in the past will do anything to attain stardom including having sex with whoever and whatever it takes. There are two sides to every story.
Alec Baldwin is another one who is known for his vicious temper and public outrages. Though Alec Baldwin was slow to weigh in on the more than 300 accusations of sexual misconduct against his friend James Toback — he eventually claimed to have no knowledge of his behavior — the actor now says he’s part of the problem. In a conversation at the Paley Center for Media, where he was being honored on Thursday, THR notes that Baldwin admitted to being guilty of sexism and mistreating women in Hollywood. “I certainly have treated women in a very sexist way. I’ve bullied women. I’ve overlooked women. I’ve underestimated women. Not as a rule,” he said. “From time to time I’ve done what a lot of men do, which is … when you don’t treat women the same way you treat men. You don’t. I’m from a generation where you really don’t and I’d like that to change. I really would like that to change.”
Baldwin is noted for a public argument he had with his then-wife Kim Basinger in a restaurant and then took it out into the street. He’s also known for berating his ten-year-old daughter at the time on the phone which has gone viral and for punching photographers and smashing their cameras in a burst of anger.
He also claims that, despite his comments about Toback, he hasn’t been ignorant to Hollywood’s rampant misconduct, he just claims not to have known its severity. “I knew of certain things, that there were rumors of things happening to people, but I didn’t necessarily know the scope when you hear the hundreds and hundreds of women who are complaining about this,” he said. “It’s been a very eye-opening experience for me personally. We’ve got to be vigilant in a new way to make sure that everybody is comfortable and that we get the job done together that we’re there to do.” Baldwin said that a shift in workplace culture is needed not only to keep people safe, but also because predatory men dominating the headlines has been bad for business: “It’s making it less productive.”
Yes Hollywood’s house of cards, not just the TV show, is crumbling down!!
