4. Updated: While not an ‘officlal’ state of wartime readiness… there is definitely reasons this could be an ‘unofficial’ state of wartime readiness… which isn’t really a development folks, only an acknowledgement that america has been under attack for quite a while… even since the beginning!

5. Updated: Sky fortress engaged? Seems like it could be related to a satellite system… and even changing the codes for security…. locking down entry cards, locking down bank accounts etc. Much of that would be computerized from satellites.
