ITALY HAS FALLEN – THE ITALIAN GOVERNMENT, MILITARY, POLICE FORCE, AND HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IS UNDER EXTREME PRESSURE AS MORE PEOPLE NEED MEDICAL CARE THAN THEY CAN HANDLE. ICU BEDS ARE BEING RATIONED TO THE MOST LIKELY TO SURVIVE. NEW YORK CITIZENS ARE BEING TOLD TO NOT STAND WITHIN FEET OF EACH OTHER. VAPING & SMOKING SEEN AS A MAJOR RISK FACTOR FOR SEVERE DISEASE.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FAMILY IS PREPARED. MY FAMILY CONSUMES 35-50 LBS OF RICE IN A 1 MONTH PERIOD. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE RICE, CANNED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, CANNED OR DRIED PROTEIN, OVER THE COUNTER MEDICINE, AND WAYS TO MONITOR YOUR VITAL SIGNS. I am so sick of explaining to everyone why they need to be less social, stock up on food to last the quarantine. 

I’ve got a question does anyone else get that crappy feeling in there gut , wondering what is going on in these countries while the people are in Lockdown something just don’t add up . Let it spread then Lockdown ?
