This was ULTIMATELY my favorite group while growing up in the 70’s, but little did I know the implications of their lyrics and the messages within. Since becoming a born-again believer, I only listen to “Christian” music but to hear tell…this music has its downfalls too. Music essentially came from GOD to Lucifer and Lucifer fell from the Holy Place with GOD but retained his attributes given to him and so it only goes to reason as to why music has become so satanic here on earth where Satan reigns in the air.
Before we being I want to mention that Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin bought and owned the home of Aleister Crowley! Jimmy Page purchased Crowley's home in Scotland which overlooks Loch-ness which was once a church that burned to the ground with the congregation inside.
In the early 1970s Page owned an occult bookshop and publishing house, “The Equinox Booksellers and Publishers” in Kensington High Street, London, eventually closing it as the increasing success of Led Zeppelin resulted in his having insufficient time to devote to it. The company published a facsimile of English occultist’s Aleister Crowley’s 1904 edition of The Goetia. Page has maintained a strong interest in Crowley for many years. In 1978, he explained:
I feel Aleister Crowley is a misunderstood genius of the 20th century. Because his whole thing was liberation of the person, of the entity, and that restrictions would foul you up, lead to frustration which leads to violence, crime, mental breakdown, depending on what sort of makeup you have underneath. The further this age we’re in now gets into technology and alienation, a lot of the points he’s made seem to manifest themselves all down the line.
Page was commissioned to write the soundtrack music for the film Lucifer Rising by another occultist and Crowley admirer, underground movie director Kenneth Anger. Page ultimately produced 23 minutes of music which Anger felt was insufficient because the film ran for 28 minutes and Anger wanted the film to have a full soundtrack. Anger claimed Page took three years to deliver the music, and the final product was only 23 minutes of droning. The director also slammed the guitarist in the press by calling him a “dabbler” in the occult and an addict, and being too strung out on drugs to complete the project. Page countered that he had fulfilled all his obligations, even going so far as to lend Anger his own film editing equipment to help him finish the project.
Although Page collected works by Crowley, he has never described himself as a Thelemite (originated by Aleister Crowley*)nor was he ever initiated into the O.T.O. The Equinox Bookstore and Boleskine House were both sold off during the 1980s, as Page settled into family life and participated in charity work.
Jimmy Page published a book called The Goetia, which is part of The Lesser Key of Solomon (also called The Lemegeton).
Page’s very detailed attempts to perform Crowley’s magical operations, dressing like a magician onstage and even using his violin bow like a magic wand, to the bands lyrical content mirroring Crowley doctrine and the symbolism used by the group in their own personal runes and their concert film, shows a much deeper agenda by the band than was first perceived.
The release of the album IV just happen to coincide with Aleister Crowley’s birthday! Also quotes of Aleister were on the vinyl disk.

The fact that it automatically begins as a traveler, and this reminds me of a channeller or even astro-projecting which can be attributed to communication with evil spirits.
The first reference is to “elders of the gentle race”…that this world has seldom seen. These elders are spoken of in many cultures and the theme often revolves around ‘sky gods’. The communication level allows for pleasant beginnings but ends is disastrous prophecy.
The talk of days for which they sit and wait…definitely gives meaning to the New Age “Aquarius” space time analogy.
Then all will be revealed…doe this not sound apocalyptic? Very eerie in its wording. The revealing of these so called aliens and their agenda does not end well, although the New Ager’s think so. A new consciousness can mean many things but the level of continuity of communication from these “Elders” speak of love, peace and often super-dimensional existence but it leave little to the imagination when you challenge the Elder’s views and reasoning.  Often demons use scenarios which entice humanity into believing their false agenda when in reality the agenda is no of love, nor peace and they certainly don’t want to share their ‘space’ with us. We are monkeys and mean nothing to them.
From tongues of lilting grace situates yourself into a race of people who speak of fairies, and elves and magic. Lilting is a form of traditional singing common in the Gaelic speaking areas of Ireland and Scotland

 

Example:
This is a Lilting piece called “Lilting Banshee” and a banshee is an omen of death and messenger of the Otherworld.
Next the lyrics speak of the sun burning the ground and the wasted lands. This definitely makes one wonder how these prophetic gestures would end up in such a ‘light-hearted song’…but is it intended to be light-hearted? No. It seems to recon a land which is spoken of in the Bible. Revelations speak of what is to happen to earth in these last days, and we certainly are in those last days. The sun is bursting from within on a daily basis and sending massive waves of heat and electromagnetic energy our way.
A pilot who leaves no trace definitely reminds one of UFO’s, does it not? They leave no trace and can maneuver in ways our current technology can not fathom, or at least this is what our governments lead up to believe because we know our technology advancements come directly from aliens, per the agreement of our officials to over-look their activities here on earth. Does this sound like a stretch? Of course because truth is stranger than fiction.
Shangri-La is the place where these “Elders” reside and are said to originate from, but this is not entirely true. The origins stem from Atlantis and before the Deluge, they resided in space, in the depths of the heavens. Shangra-La is where the Ascended Masters are said to reside and of course these are connected to the so called aliens. It is no coincidence that Helena Blavatsky and Albert Pike, and others speak of these beings as gods and now they profess to have our origins in their very hands.
Father of Four Winds…is a reference to Aeolus is the Greek god of the winds, and a son of Poseidon. These are the Olympians, and Titans. The giants of ole. Make no mistake about it, these are one in the same as the fallen angels descendants and this is why they were called the ‘demi-gods’. This reference is actually of four different beings which resided under Aeolus (Earth Destroyer); Boreas, Zephyrus, Eurus, and Notus. Many versions of the Greek myths say that Astraeus is the husband of Eos, goddess of the dawn, and god of the four winds: Boreas, Zephyrus, Eurus, and Notus, who are also his children. They all had wings and were demi-gods and not mere mythological entities.
The last phrase “Straits of Fear” must be broken down in terms to understand, I believe. A strait or straits is a narrow, typically navigable channel of water that connects two larger, navigable bodies of water. This certainly brings into mind the Age of Aquarius because this is the new age of the cycle of astrological ages. The Bible wars us of those who use these means of prophecy to determine their destiny. Down through the ages it was even spoken of in the Bible that people who did this were evil magical sorcerers and this, I believe included the Magi. I think this was the beginning of the end. Making magic seem cool was and still is the way to bring children into the grasp of the controller.

When one sees the Age of Aquarius pictures and what they entitle, you begin to see the fact that water is a governing body of this sign, for it indeed is called the water bearer sign. The ruler of Aquarius is Uranus and Uranus is spoken of in the Bible. Nothing comes by chance in the Bible! It is said that Satan’s planets are Saturn, Venus (The Morning Star), and Uranus…it is also said that his zodiac signs are Aquarius and Capricorn, the Goat. The fact that astrologers made the 12 governing signs of the Zodiac which parallels the 12 disciples and such in the Bible is no coincidence either. This has been spoken of in many books. To magnify the planets and stars by worship is paganism in the fullest, this is where we get our months and days of the week names.

Lastly, I think it’s important to note that India is very big on these entities and they have this knowledge from ancient days. I think it their essential religious foundations stream from this, no doubt!
So, all these things as we see parallel the times and are very significant to what is coming in 2012!

EDITOR:
Houses of the holy have been infiltrated by Satan and his minions. Many argue this point but the truth sometimes hurts. The symbol of the dove is suppose to infer peace and love, but we know Satan knows nothing of these things. To others the dove is the symbol of the Holy Spirit…but we know for a FACT that Satan is NOT a Holy spirit.
Satan’s daughter is by some called Sin, by others it is a witch. Then again, Sin makes so much more since considering most things accomplished by a witch is sin.

EDITOR:
We come from the lands of the ice and snow mirrors the sights written while Led Zeppelin tours Iceland, with it’s lyrics symbolizing that of the Viking perspective. With specific references of the Old Norse (German) religion of the pagans we being to realize that this band has very specific views about the past and future. Nordic folklore–Scandinavian folklore is the folklore of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, and the Swedish speaking parts of Finland. (I find it oddly coincidental that MADONNA uses this theme on the SUPERBOWL HALFTIME 2012 SHOW…which was HIGHLY symbolic!)
The hammer of the gods will drive their ships to the new lands prompted people to start referring to Led Zeppelin’s sound as the “Hammer of the gods”.
“The “Immigrant Song” also appeared in the 1999 documentary about the 1972 Munich Olympic Games massacre. Also beginning from 2007, the Minnesota Vikings play this song during their team intros and before kickoffs. The Commentaries on the sacred books explain that the said region was the far north, the polar lands now, the pre-Lemurian earliest continent, embracing once upon a time the present Greenland, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Norway, etc.”
All of this of course specific to the very nature of who and what the symbolism stands for, and in case you don’t know…this is where the Old Norse ‘myths’ originates from…Atlantis. The Olympians are the Titans. These descendants were said to drive into the nations of Ireland, and the North. They were called “The Northerns” and then Vikings, and Phoenicia as well as Asia.

A primeval giant of monumental size was Ymir who when he slept gave birth to a son, a monster with six heads. This story gives rise to the race of Hrimpursar (frost giants) who populated Niflheim (Nephilim)…the world of mist, chill and ice. This story ends in a deluge. Now this again parallels to the Bible. Many of the so called myths do this.
Valhalla is a majestic, enormous hall located in Asgard, ruled over by the god Odin. The beings were called “Jotnar” and they were not just male figures but females known as “Gygjar”. By the way…the main role of the fire Jotnar in the Norse legends were to wreak final destination of the world by setting fire to the world.

Here we have it…..WE ARE YOUR OVERLORDS! This reminds me of the exact moment when I was researching the OVERLORDS and my husband wakes up from a dream of the overlords! GOD works in mysterious ways!
So, they want to be gods, they want to rule of the races of humanity and nothing has changed in all these millenniums. NOTHING!

EDITOR:
Seemingly borrowed form Tolkien, “Lord of the Rings”, most likely referring to when Aragorn and his army desperately needed to get to Gondor before it was over-run by Sauron’s minions. The only way to get there fast enough was to use the Paths of the Dead…this song reminds us of the dark side to Led Zeppelin. The steel that’s bright and true, that carry the news that must get through”, could be Aragorn and his army. Or, “the paths where no-one goes.” and the dogs of doom could be the Wargs, wolves in the service of Sauron, and holding quarter and asking no quarter in the fighting sense would be that they aren’t going to show any mercy to the enemy nor ask mercy from the enemy.

This also rings true to the Greek mythology of,…”where dead souls have to cross the River Styx to get to Hades, the land of the dead. But, they can only get across if they have a coin to give the ferryman, Charon.
Either way it’s warriors are warranting the mocking of the devil to their every step. The dogs of doom are very much likened to the hounds of hell, to me at least. It could also be a reference to Jimmy Page’s ZoSo emblem. A ZoSo is a 3-headed dog that guards the gates of hell. Others say it’s a symbol for Saturn, for this is the astrological sign of Jimmy Page.

Esoteric Paths
On the album Led Zeppelin IV, Jimmy Page inspired the band members to choose symbols to represent their names on the cover. Page stated the symbols were taken from the common reference texts.
The origins from their works are plainly put on the links below.
Grimoire – a textbook on magic (or magick)
Sigil – a symbol used in magic (or magick). The Zoso symbol is a sigil, which may be found in a book of Grimoires (magick).
Symbol – an object, character, or other concrete representation of an idea, concept, or other abstraction.
Rune – letters of early Germanic and Scandinavian alphabets.
Clavicle – key. The Clavicles of Solomon = the Key of Solomon.
Magick – an act designed to cause intentional change. The “k” was added by Aleister Crowley to distinguish the practice from showmen at fairgrounds.
Alchemy – early form of scientific investigation into nature, combined with philosophy and mysticism.

When we examine two common alchemical symbols (as shown below), we find that the Zoso symbol could be composed of the symbols for Lead and Gold. The inference from this is that the symbol could be representing the achemical goal of turning Lead (Led) into Gold.

In days of old, when magic filled the air…sounds much like the stories of Ireland, and even before Atlantis.
Mordor is a fictional tale of J.R.R. Tolkien’s, “Lord of the Rings”. It was a tale of a magical ring of invisibility. In alchemy this is something many have set forth to accomplish, who knows who prevailed.
Is Jimmy speaking of the ring itself? Crept away with her? Gollum is the Stoor Hobbit from Gladden Fields who was corrupted by the ring, after having stole it from Bilbo Baggins.

EDITOR:
May Queen, also known as the “Summer Queen” due to the pagan values of worshiping earth and the equinox and seasons. This is essentially worshiping “mother earth”. This coincides with “Green Man” pagan worship. This tradition not only was popular in its day but is still celebrated around the world.
Two paths you can go eliminates any other reasoning beside the good and evil of the world and supernatural.
Many know of Lucifer and his love of music but few know of the extent of this implementation here on earth. The Greek god, Pan was and is another form of Satan/Lucifer and his musical talents. Pan, the piper was the Greek god of the forests. Lucifer was the angel in charge of the music ministry in the heavens. The worship of Lucifer, in the form of Pan, was a theme through all of Aleister Crowley’s writings.

The Led Zeppelin song, “Stairway to Heaven,” played backwards can be heard to say: “MY SWEET SATAN…. THE ONE WILL BE SAD WHO MAKES ME SAD, WHOSE POWER IS SATAN.” Forward the lyrics say, “YES, THERE ARE TWO PATHS YOU CAN GO BY; BUT IN THE LONG RUN THERE’S STILL TIME TO CHANGE THE ROAD YOU’RE ON.”
But we must remember not all music is tainted and purposely made to deceive.
Many believe that backmasking (playing songs backwards) reveals many things in this song. Page and Robert Plant claim some of Zeppelin’s songs came via occultic “automatic handwriting,” including this particular song. Plant recalled. ‘Pagey had written these chords and he played them for me. I was holding a pencil and paper and for some reason, I was in a very bad mood. Then all of a sudden my hand was writing out the words: “There’s a lady who’s sure, all that glitters is gold, and she’s buying a Stairway to Heaven.” I just sat there and I looked at the words and I almost leapt out of my seat.’”

ZOSO-The inference from this is that the symbol could be representing the achemical goal of turning Lead (Led) into Gold.
In much occult lore, the Greek god, Pan, is this musical representation of Lucifer (was the Angel of Light), the god of “pipes” — the Piper.
The lyrics that promote this worship of Pan, in conjunction with the teaching of spiritual regeneration (spiritual rebirth – “born again Satanism”) are as follows:
“And it’s whispered that soon, if we all call the tune, then the Piper will lead us to Reason. And a new day will dawn for those who stand long, and the forests will echo with laughter.”
As is presented in Fallen Angel in several examples, Aleister Crowley (and Eliphas Levi before him) presented the word “Reason” as meaning, Absolute Truth. The lyrics tell the student of Aleister Crowley that if people seek the “tune,” i.e., the music’s hidden message, then Lucifer will lead them to Absolute Truth. This, in turn, will cause a new day to dawn (spiritual rebirth) which will cause the forests to echo with laughter. Ritchie Yorke, a personal friend of the band, wrote about this spiritual rebirth in his book, “Led Zeppelin – The Definitive Biography”:
“The appeal of ‘Stairway to Heaven’ as a musical piece is self-evident: its lyrics seemed to embody the individual’s prevailing quest for a spiritual rebirth.”
In his biography of Led Zeppelin, “Hammer of the Gods – The Led Zeppelin Saga,” Steven Davis also wrote of the spiritual regeneration implicit in the lyrics to Stairway to Heaven:
“With its starkly pagan imagery of trees and brooks, pipers and the May Queen, shining white light and the forest echoing with laughter, ‘Stairway to Heaven’ seemed like an invitation to abandon the new traditions and follow the old gods. It expressed an ineffable yearning for spiritual transformation deep in the hearts of the generation for which it was intended. In time, it became their anthem.”
The worship of Lucifer, in the form of Pan, was a theme through all of Aleister Crowley’s writings. Jimmy Page has always been an open student of Crowley the Black Magician, and Led Zeppelin was his band. Following the teachings of Crowley, Jimmy Page and company were successful in placing his doctrines in many of their songs, including “Ramble On,” “Black Dog,” “The Battle of Evermore,” “Stairway to Heaven,” “No Quarter,” “The Song Remains the Same,” “Kashmir,” “In The Light,” “Achilles Last Stand,” and “Nobody’s Fault But Mine,” just to name a few.
Led Zeppelin even went so far as to command the fans to sell their souls to the Devil in their concert film, “The Song Remains the Same.”

Now, some think this is about the Lord of the Rings again but I don’t. I think it is about Armageddon. The angels of Avalon are the fallen angels. If you look into some Celtic mythology, the morning light is Lucifer the morning star. Christ will come from the east. this song is a demonic prophecy, but being Luciferians, Zeppelin sees Lucifer as the sun, and Christ as the dragon.
The title seems like a good giveaway: “The Battle of Evermore”. Evermore, as in forever, eternity and, hence, the suspicion for it being about the “endtimes”. From what I understand, the prophecy of the end from the Book of Revelations catalogs the steps toward the ultimate victory of good over evil.

In various books of the Bible, Jesus describes his return riding on the clouds with a train of angels. I don’t know what the “embraced the gloom” part may be about. Maybe it’s to describe Jesus mood for the task he must do which is, namely, to judge the souls of humanity. Probably not a very uplifting job because it means that people will perish. The song repeatedly refers to the “darkness” and the “dark of night” (wait for the eastern glow). I think there is some line in at least one of the books of the Bible about the sun being shrouded in darkness during the last days. Also, the lyrics refer to the “Dark Lord” in riding in force and the “tyrant’s face is red”. Could this be a reference to the devil? The devil is often depicted as a red-skinned satyr-like creature, and he is often referred to as the “Prince of Darkness”. Satan is supposed to gain control of the whole world through agents in high places (ten kings) and, subsequently, through the embodiment of the antichrist.

Some of the next lines in the song are: “I hear the horses’ thunder down in the valley below, “I’m waiting for the angels of Avalon, waiting for the eastern glow.” Could those horses be referring to the Horses of the Apocalypse, commandeered by the agents of destruction (Pestilence, Famine, War, and Death)? The valley, too, is significant. The valley of Har Meggido, in Israel, has been sighted as the spot of the final showdown between the forces of good and the forces of evil. (The EAST has always been known as the path of the evil ones) The name also happens to be where we get the word “Armageddon”. The valley of the song apparently has apples growing in it, apples which “hold the seeds of happiness”. From Milton’s “Paradise Lost”, the act of eating that apple is treated (if this was the events which took place) as an almost gleefully wicked thing to do relating it to the “seeds of happiness”. The apple may also signify the act of sexual awakening but it may just be a reference for the act itself.

Notice the horseman on  the left is a NORSE type figure!

The next line, “The ground is rich from tender care, repay, do not forget, no, no,” seems like further biblical allegory as Adam was assigned to “care” for the Garden of Eden and tend it. The debt he has incurred, death, must therefore be re-payed. That repayment comes in the form of the tribulation and redemption of Adam’s heirs – the human race – during the last days. Let us not forget that Atlantis was also know for APPLES!

The last lines of the song, “At last the sun is shining,/The clouds of blue roll by,/With flames from the dragon of darkness, the sunlight blinds his eyes.” could detail the last stroke of the battle between God’s forces and the devil’s. In Revelations 12:9, the devil and his forces are cast from heaven and it is described this way: “”and the great Dragon was cast out, that old Serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world.” The sunlight which “blinds his eye” (the devil’s) could be God himself as Milton describes God as a pure white shining light in his poem “Paradise Lost”. Not to discount the clear reference to the Ringwraiths in the song, and the possibility that the “Queen of Light” could be the character Arwen or Eowyn and the “Prince of Peace” Aragorn, there is more biblical allegory here than Tolkien’s works.

EDITOR:
On the lyrics sheet that came with the album, the word “hellhound” was replaced with “high hopes hailla.”
Googling for the word “hailla” brings up only 1,320 results, and about half of those refer to the song with the rest being names of things or otherwise unrelated. On the other hand, the word “heilla” brings up 16,300 results, mainly Icelandic, and some of those are pretty interesting. I doubt this is related, but in a page on Old Norse it says that the word “holy” is related to the word “health”, and moreover to the Old Norse word “heilla”, which means “to invoke spirits”.

This seems to stem from Atlantis to Great Britain (Albion). The myths of old are not myths but legends of reality. Races of giants and demi-gods are simply a reality and all one need do it research it to find this to be true.
