Do you have your doubts? Then, read on.
Stellar Parallax is nil. Celestial objects are much closer than they appear.

Oft-repeated false assumptions become accepted truth. Carl Sagan (right, image credit: Wikipedia) is, perhaps, best remembered for his PBS TV series, Cosmos: A Personal Voyage, in which he was frequently heard to say: “Billions, Zillions”, in reference to Astronomical measurement of fantastical distances in light years to observed objects that are presumed to be galaxies.
Reality Check: Stellar Parallax¹ is Not Measurable
A simple calculation using a sextant to determine the sun’s distance from earth is
has been elucidated in the book Zetetic Cosmogony, beginning on page 113 with “Sun’s Distance”. The lack of measurable Stellar Parallax is profoundly important, so much so that I direct your attention to Heliocentrism is Dead. There is No Stellar Parallax². NASA occult scientism’s entire foundation is predicated on Heliocentrism, but that’s a topic for another story. Zetetic Cosmogony’s Sun’s Distance author sets forth his method of calculation in full detail and determines the distance from earth at 2,700 nautical miles, using a sextant, which relies upon the mathematical cornerstone Isosceles Right-Triangle Pythagorus’ Constant:
Isoscoles Right Triangle
It is left up to the reader to study the aforementioned material to better understand why even today the United States Navy train sailors to use a Sextant for navigation. They are intentionally taught so that in the event that the National electronic GPS system should become inoperable, there will remain a way for ships to reliably
navigate with a high degree of accuracy.
In the Zetetic Cosmogony “Sun’s Distance” the assumption is that measurement is taken at the Vernal (Spring) Equinox when the Sun’s declination angle is zero degrees! What follows directly below (scribd.com Sun’s Distance Zetetic Cosmogony, pages 113-119) explains how the calculation was obtained.

We rely upon mathematics in so many ways and where navigation of the high seas is concerned, the Sextant is fundamentally applying the Pythagorean Right Triangle Constant. It a works with a high degree of accuracy for navigation. There’s no reason to argue against the calculation obtaining in the foregoing. The author concludes:
The Sun’s distance from the earth is 2,700 nautical miles.
