IMO: This is a test to gauge events should an attack of the power grid take place during a revolutionary war or other large scale uprising. How will the people revert and how long until they begin to lose civility? What areas are high risk? Where would acceptable losses be allowed? Etc etc. Mudd Cupp

5G is the fifth generation cellular network technology. The industry association 3GPP defines any system using “5G NR” software as “5G”, a definition that came into general use by late 2018.
