Today is Monday, the day Obama gave Judge Hanen a deadline to lift the ban on the Obama-Amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Today is the day that makes or breaks Obama.
Texas or Bust for Obama.
We’ll see what Obama does today: either bring his Amnesty case to another court (the Circuit Court) or just accept being given the injunction by Judge Hanen so as to ban his Amnesty.
For now, his Amnesty is blocked. Obama is fighting an uphill battle against all Texas’ lawmakers.
He’s got no way out now. He’s entrapped.
It would be good to spread this news and for all to know it – especially, spread it to the world all the way even to China.
This is hair-raising, staggering news that Obama’s on the brink of falling.
Obama’s desperate and thinks he can change a judge’s decision and thus force his will through.
He’s disconnected and imagines things about reality which are not real. His system of imagining reality doesn’t work. He’s diagnosed with the very dangerous illness of Malignant Narcissism by many world-class psychiatrists.

Rep. Ted Poe (R-Texas) accused President Obama on Friday of hurrying a federal judge in Texas for a more favorable ruling on his executive actions concerning immigration.
“They’re trying to rush it through the system because they want the judge to change his mind and the president wants to — illegally, in my opinion — grant his executive order amnesty, which I don’t think down the road he’s going to be successful in doing,” Poe said on Newsmax TV’s “America’s Forum.”
The Obama administration has asked U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen for a decision by Monday. Hanen is weighing whether to block the president’s executive orders on immigration or limit his judgment’s legal impact solely to Texas.

“His hasty actions show that he not only disregards the legislative process but he has no respect for our judicial system either,” he said.
Poe, a former criminal court judge, said Friday he expects the orders will get tangled in appellate courts for the foreseeable future.
“This whole process will take several months before it even gets to the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans,” he said. “Contrary to what the administration wants down the road, this ruling by the judge will take some time to be appealed by the Fifth Circuit.”

Remember Texas Governor Greg Abbott asked Judge Hanen to probe Obama’s illegal amnesty of 100 000 aliens?
Well, it’s a done deal. Judge Hanen’s now going to investigate Obama and the illegal decisions on Amnesty.
Obama’s misery will just increase from here on down. The media will now take hold of this and pick Obama apart. He’ll be scrutinized in torturing detail.

Federal Judge Orders Investigation into Illegal Acts By the Obama Administration

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen is not amused. The man who served Obama with an injunction preventing his illegal amnesty plans to see that Obama is not amused either. He has ordered that the administration be investigated over misleading him on amnesty and work permits for “Dreamers.” The administration told the judge they wouldn’t issue anymore work permits for new dreamers, when the fact is they have issued over 100,000of them. The investigation will include a finding of whether the lawyers who handled the case for Obama knew of the illegal maneuver. If so, they will face disbarment or worse.
This has even more impact on the Obama administration than they are used to. Obama has been waiting for the judge’s final opinion, so he can appeal. They appealed to Judge Hanen and he turned them down. The appeals court says they can’t handle another appeal until after Hanen gives his final ruling. That was scheduled to happen by March 19th, but with the investigation that date is pushed out indefinitely. It is assumed that the investigation will also include looking into why the administration has kept spending money on moving Obamnesty forward.
Obama is realizing his worst nightmare: a man with guts and the courage of his convictions and probably one the NSA or IRS can’t find any blackmail material for. Obama and his minions have not been able shake Hanen.
The second problem facing Obama is that when a decision is reached, he can’t judge shop. Former attorney general and current Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott had the foresight to file the suit within the boundaries of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. It is the most conservative of the 9 appeals courts. Assuming that the Fifth Circuit Court denies Obama’s appeal, the case would then go before the US Supreme Court.
Obama’s record with the Supreme Court is very bad, not withstanding the Obamacare decision. 9-0 decisions are fairly rare because of the ideology of the justices. What many of you may not realize is that Obama has now lost 20 SCOTUS cases by 9-0. That means 20 times Kagan and Sotomayor, who were appointed by Obama voted against his overreach of power.
Ted Cruz, prior to being a senator was the solicitor general of Texas and he argued nine cases before SCOTUS, winning six of them, including:
- U.S. sovereignty against the United Nations and the World Court in Medellin v. Texas;
- The Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms;
- The constitutionality of the Texas Ten Commandments monument;
- The constitutionality of the words “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance;
- The constitutionality of the Texas Sexually Violent Predator Civil Commitment law; and
- The Texas congressional redistricting plan.
Once the investigation is over, Hanen is expected to rule on sanctions against the government that could mean revoking those 100,000 work permits and paying the legal fees of the 26 states.
